Accessibility
Last updated October 21, 2026.
We want everyone to be able to use Hello Hello, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test pages with automated checks (axe, through Google Lighthouse) and by hand: keyboard-only navigation, visible focus, color contrast, text alternatives for images, labeled form fields and clear error messages, and zoom to 200%.
What we've done
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
- Text and buttons that meet AA contrast, and a visible outline on whatever has keyboard focus.
- Descriptions on meaningful photos.
- Every form field has a label, and errors are written out in words and announced to screen readers.
- Scroll animations turn off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- No video or audio on the site. If we add any, it will have captions.
- No accessibility overlay widgets. We fix the pages themselves.
Known limits
Payments happen on Stripe's checkout page, which Stripe maintains. The phone itself has physical push buttons and no screen; tell us if you need help setting it up.
Need help, or found a problem?
Email [email protected] with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us the page and what got in the way, and we'll help you another way (by email or phone) and work on a fix. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
