These terms are between you and Saachi LLC, which runs Hello Hello ("we", "us"). They cover this website, the waitlist and the $5 deposit. By using the site, joining the waitlist or paying a deposit, you agree to them.

The $5 deposit

• The deposit saves your spot in line. It doesn't buy a phone or service yet.
• It's fully refunded on request any time before your service starts. Email [email protected] from the address you used.
• When service starts, it counts toward your first month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Prices and dates are estimates

Hello Hello is still being built. Prices, features and timing on this site are our best current estimates and may change. You'll see the final price, and how emergency calling works, before you're ever billed for equipment or service.

911 and emergency calling

Hello Hello works over your home internet. When service starts, 911 will work only while your power, internet and equipment are working, and it will use the home address you register with us. Keep a charged cell phone as a backup. We'll give you the full details before you sign up for service.

Service terms

If you sign up for Hello Hello service, you'll agree to service terms at checkout. Those terms cover the phone, the monthly service and 911 in detail, and they win over this page if the two ever disagree.

Using the site

Please use the site and waitlist honestly: no fake sign-ups, scraping or attempts to break things. The words, photos and design on this site belong to Saachi LLC. The research we link to belongs to its authors.

The fine print

• The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate, but we can't promise it's error-free or always available.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to the site, the waitlist or a deposit is limited to the amount you paid us (for a deposit, $5).
• These terms are governed by California law.
• We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if you've paid a deposit, we'll email you about any important change.
